Looking for a new editor (closed)

Greetings all. While my current editors are great, time marches on for all, and one has had to bow out due to other matters eating his time. So I am putting this call out for someone with some skill at both proofing and pre-reading/brainstorming to fill in for him.

Discord is a must. (Not the character).

    PM me if you’re interested.

    Update on next work

Since I have been a bit quiet, I figured all of you should get an update. I am working on a new fic, as I mentioned somewhere before... i’m going to be pre-writing several chapters and then posting them on a weekly basis once they are all complete.

Once those start, I will be returning to work on Beyond Equestria, and try to wrap that up.

MotH Chapter might have been a bit early

So after some consideration from comments and my "pain in the ass" editor*, I have decided to unpublish the latest chapter and write a new one to happen before it.

Hive Speak · 7:03am Oct 2nd, 2013

Thank you all for your support on the story, and I hope I can keep the quality up to maintain your viewership.

To that end, I would like to hear which would be the most concise way to differentiate hive-speak from thoughts and normal speech. Because if three people brought it up in the comments, then there's probably three hundred others who have the same issue but remained silent.

That said, since you'll be the ones reading it, I'll let you guys pick the method. The only rules are: one vote per user, and it has to be a legitimate way to make the dialogue clear that its hive-speak.

Cast your votes below. Thanks again!

You could use less than/greater than as "sharp brackets" and seeing as colour formatting works in the chapters themselves it could be <done like this>

i used orange, due to the fact that this particular hive's colour is orange.
Eg: Chrysalis' hive would <look like this>

I'm a fan of using different colours to differentiate thoughts or ideas
I am personally a fan of purple

---EDIT---
I just thought of something!

twilights voice in the link can be shown in <purple>
and the rest of the hive in <orange>

makes it easier to understand who is talking then.

I, personally, would go with either the classic bold or italics.

Well, considering that the Hive speak are just thoughts sent through a complex system made up of a few thousands of individuals, I'd opt out for the italics because they're thoughts.

However, as the Hive speak can sometimes turn into full-blown conversations, I do think adding something else to the italics would be fitting indeed. Maybe colours, even though I'm fairly redundant about them. However, as this is not my story or my decision to take rather than just being here to vote, I'd opt out for something that would catch the attention both with the italics and the font colour.

That being said, I do think it should orange to fit the colour theme of Cadista's hive. Pretty sure it should be around this font colour so it could be a good choice. Still, it would be better if you tested it to see if you like it beforehand and how quickly you can get used to it.

With that said, that is my opinion on the Hive speak for Cadista's.

Sincerely signed,
