Know Any Good Artists?

Well, the public domain images were ok for starters...but now I'd like to get some real illustrations for my stuff. Anyone know a person who does that sort of thing and is looking for someone to pay for commissions?

I make pencil sketches of varying brightness levels. I only add color (with GIMP, which I still don't really understand) when I feel really motivated, and that usually is never.

I'm willing to pay. Artists need support. (Heck, I wish people would pay ME to write this stuff, after all...) However, I would prefer, ideally, if the artists liked the story or, at minimum, read it on their own rather than just wanting me to try and sum it up. I reason good art is like good baking. You can't just make the exterior "look good" and conform to some requirements...you need to bring out the inner essence. Like...I could describe Empress Wormwood in detail to someone, but I'd prefer if they knew what was running around in her head as she stands there looking deadly and malevolent.
