There comes a moment when you reflect on your life and think: "Wow, I had no idea just how fucking insane I really am."
I have been in the fanbase for quite a long time. September 2011, if memory serves, but I did not become an active participant until much later. I have seen the really weird side of you people. I have also read a ridiculous amount of the clop you guys produce.
There is a decent chance I am going to be writing one of my own. So... yeah, that might happen. This is going to be interesting. I'm a story teller, not that hobo that hangs around outside of McDonalds. How can I possibly write something that will make the ladies want to drop a handkerchief for the men (That's the Victorian equivalent of saying I want to have your hot, sweaty, love children)? This is going to SUCK. Or be bloody hilarious. Tomato, tomahto.
Either way, I can't get the stupid story idea out of my head. It has come down to this. I was once a pure-hearted lad. How has my mind fallen so far? How have I become rooted in perversion and debauchery? I even went to church CCD classes before I figured out my classmates sucked all kinds of duck.
Eh. I blame the media. Kids shouldn't be allowed access to the internet anymore.
Let this marginally saucy pic be a reflection of possible things to come.

It'll be an interesting test to be sure. The closest I have ever come to writing a clop was that saucy scene in At the End. I don't read romance novels, and I certainly don't know how to write it. Let's just hope I don't clop to my own work. Professionals need to have standards.

Fair enough, read plenty of them myself, along with the usual fics.
However, right now you need to get chapter 30 and 31 completely finished, so that I may read its gloryness. After that, you may work on a clop.

My buddy Pygmalion assures me that such a thing is not possible, so no worries there man.
Regardless of your reservations for writing clop, you won't know if that feeling of hesitation is unfounded until you give it a shot. Treat the whole thing as a learning experience, if only to bolster your writing technique.
I seriously doubt anyone here will judge you, so whatever happens next is up to you.

If I actually go through with making this and any of my fans complain, I will retaliate by wallowing in their misery and drinking their tears. The entire plot came to me late at night. As usual, sleepy Journeyman is best Journeyman. It's a good thing I wrote down the rough script in a gDoc before I went to sleep. I am not a morning person and am unable to write effectively until at least three o'clock. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but I am a terribly slow writer.
I just want to know if this is gonna be humanized. Blegh, silly humans liking their own kind. Pone master race.

It's likely going to be anthro. I'm going to start slow and use use anatomy I am familiar with first before writing a "proper" clop. I'm still in the production stages, so we might not even see this for quite some time.

Whatever you're most comfortable with. Personally, I can never get past the slight Uncanny Valley-ish appearance of most anthro to get into "the mood", but that's just me. I'll still give it a read whenever it might come out, and good luck on your sister never finding out about it. Sometimes I feel so spoiled having grown up as an only child.

You're in luck. The clop is done, and it's not anthro or humanized. It should be posted this sunday, providing my last prereader finishes his run through,
