I just feel like I can't really write anymore. I've lost whatever it was and just don't feel like BSAP is improving. I've learned a hell of a lot from writing the story, and I sincerely do hope to keep writing in some way, but... it's too hard to continue when neither the ideas or my focus is there. For now, maybe treat the story as if it has gone on a temporary hiatus. I'm not sure. I'll get it figured out eventually.
Maybe I have writing ADD or something, and that's why I've never finished a story that wasn't a single short one chapter thing. Maybe I just don't feel like any of the stories are worth continuing.
TLDR: It's not fair to keep promising more of a story I can't write anymore, and should be treated as if it is on hiatus.
Side note: thank you for helping me improve myself as a writer. I fully intend to continue, but once I get some personal issues that have come up dealt with. I love you guys and this community. I hope you see this from my side too, where I just don't know how to continue the story and feel it gets worse each time I post another chapter.

Please by all means take your time and continue when you're good and ready. I can wait just like I waited 6 months for the last chapter update.
I just hope that it is indeed just a Hiatus and not the ending of BSAP. I really like this fic and would be saddened greatly to see it abandoned.

I enjoy reading your stories but I completely understand where you're coming from. I'm the same way, you just end up losing the love. Still wanting to continue writing but instead of something enjoyable it becomes a chore.
I'm sure most people here will tell you, take all the time you need. I myself have a 5-year hiatus going on one my stories (different fandom) and have waited over 3 for another. So don't feel bad my friend. Just kick back and relax
if you need inspiration, might i recommend watching some owl city music videos? or read stories of other authors?

Sometimes, it is good to have someone to converse with about your stories, a confidant if you will. Someone who can understand what you are trying to do, and bring their own perspective into the mix, thus bring forth ideas you may not have had alone. Also, having someone you collaborate with (if you work well with them) can be a great motivating force...
and really, the cliche "two heads are better than one" is true...
(though, if you do this, make sure its someone you can work with, else its counter productive)

BSAP is the first PoE story, as well as the first shipping story, I read on here (so it's kind of got a special place in my heart considering the mass I've read since). 1176439 has the right of it, though. 1180147 Will do, thanks for caring :) and the story definitely has a place in my heart as well. Its the first story I wrote I considered decent. I hope to continue it, but if deserves better than the current quality my brain is producing for it.
