Well, this is going out with two updates. Becoming One With The Night is getting it's 15th chapter. A lot of backstory here, and some loose ends tied up. Additionally, Following In A Knight's Steps FINALLY gets its 4th chapter.
Becoming One With The Night
Okay, so there's not much left to go. Sorry that it took this long, as some of you may have read in a previous blog, I had to toss out ~2600 words and restart this chapter. I've been all over with my writing, thus it took a bit longer to finish this chapter. I've got a fair amount written in both Ch 16 and the Epilogue, with some plans for a few additional post Epilogue shorts. Estimated Date of Completion to Epilogue? I'll tentatively state the 15th. Approximately 6 months from the date of the first post. I do want to thank you all for sticking around thus far, and I hope the wrap up (mind, some loose ends WILL be left so I can move forward in the future) is sufficiently to your liking.
Following In A Knight's Steps
Okay folks. Sorry for the massive disconnect here. I jumped headfirst into this without truly thinking this out. As such, my character had zero development. I more plot holes than the movie Holes. Now though, I think everything is decently sorted out. This is hopefully the first step of many moving forward. Again, sorry for taking so long with this, I don't foresee any future roadblocks that aren't of my own making now.
Future Plans
Once Becoming One With The Night has the Complete tag, besides the other story I have going, here's a glimpse at my WIPs and ideas.
MoonLight Story - This has been an idea for quite some time. It has also had a fair amount of words simply sitting there gathering dust as well. I'm trying to make it a five part short story, spanning from Twilight become Celestia's pupil to shortly after NMM's return
Twilight Vampony - Don't want to give too much away, but the rough premise is that Twilight, Luna and Celestia are working on a method to reign in the disorder/disharmony/chaos of the Everfree Forest. However, during the 1,000 years of its existence, it has gained some form of sentience, and it's not very happy. So, it goes on the offensive.
Other Stuff
Anyone who plays Minecraft and is interested in joining a server, I am running one now. You need the Feed The Beast launcher and run the DireWolf20 pack from it. The IP Address is 192.111.140.29 All that I need from you is a PM with your Minecraft username so I can add you to the Whitelist.
Also, I am trying to keep a pace with my writing. 5,000 words a week, for a minimum of 20,000 words a month. Should make me happy to meet my personal goal, and you happy to have more writing from me. I know that I've slacked these last months, but going to try and pick up the pace.
