Also, where is the guarantee that majority of publishers won't restrict me from letting my friend borrow it? Or letting me sell the game if it sucks?
What if Xbox Live Servers go down? or get hacked like Sony Did?

I have never in my life felt more grateful that I have always been a PC gamer, and I feel... terrible for console gamers, especially people who have remained loyal to XBox.

I read this about the new xbox "one", I've been on consoles since the old NES and I've played most of the game systems out there other then the dreamcast and the lesser known systems. I can honestly say in the last few years I've gone from ps2 to the Xbox to 360 and now I'm changing over to the wii. hopefully they learn from microsoft and sony's mistakes.
