If you couldn't tell I'm really excited right now. The reason? I passed the music audition for the Marine Corp. Turns out if you work really hard for something you can in fact get it. Still have a ton of work to do and things to improve on, but I made it in and they are excited to have me.
On another note, I started doing pull up exercises two weeks ago and couldn't do one. Now I can do four. I was also able to (somehow) run six miles in 54 minutes and 34 seconds.
Still a long way to go, but I am getting there and it finally feels like I have a purpose in life. That is a really good feeling.
