Guys/Gals/Horses:
I wanted to give you a little update about my current status, as well as the status of the story, because I haven't been active much lately.
First, I got a puppy. I know, I know, you are probably asking yourself, "YayOrNeigh, why didn't you get a pony?" Well, I couldn't fit one in my apartment, and my pup is actually a really good companion. Still, I've been taking care of her a lot of the time recently (she is only a little over three months old at this point).
Next, I got a girlfriend, so in essence I'm practicing what I preach (write?) about. Been pretty busy hanging out with her and doing other things lately, so that is another reason for the delayed chapter.
Finally, I do want to say that I will finish this story. I have chapters 5, 6, and 7 mapped out plot-wise (heh heh), but I just need to sit down and start writing them.
Please stay tuned because I promise you will receive the epic conclusion of Big Macintosh's stint as the #1 stud in Ponyville.

But really, a three-month-old puppy, huh? I'm curious about what type she is, seeing as how I've owned quite a number of dogs in my days.
And a girlfriend on top of that, huh? Gotta say, life sounds like it's going well for 'ya!
... Oh come on, like you couldn't make that any more suggestive, to cause your fans to say "YayorNeigh's getting some! EVERYONE PREPARE YOUR HOOF-BUMPS!"

Though I must ask. How does she... "deals" with you being a brony and writing "A Stud About Ponyville"? Not that that's a bad thing, but I find it a very big of a bridge to cross on a relationship.

She is half-lab and half-golden retriever. Very full of energy, and going to be about three or four times the size she is now when fully grown.

Yeah, everything literally happened very rapidly in the last couple of months. I want to finish the story as much as you guys want to read it though, so I don't plan on leaving you guys hanging for long. Thanks for all the kind words though ShimmeringStallion. Ha, Mr. Obama is correct. We haven't talked about that actually, but I don't think she'll mind it too much. We just started going out two weeks ago.

one is a rhodesian ridgeback (i have this one at my dads place since my parent are divorced)
(fun fact: they're called rhodesian ridgeback because the hair in the middle of their back grows forward, creating a sort of ''arrow'' pattern)

I mean if it was just 'okay', I'd still help, but the story is superb, the characters are wonderfully written in both dialogue and actions, and the writing?

1090140 Sorry, the genres are ones I avoid. While I read adventure-clop stories, I avoid regular adventure-based stories because I don't want them to influence my own abilities as a writer.
