Well, it's finally that time. I have received all of your submissions, I went through all of them, and now it is finally time to announce THE WINNERS OF THE FIRST EVER WAKE UP. SEE THIS. WHAT DO? FANART CONTEST!!!!!
Before we do that though, lets go over one more time just what the prizes are.
Third place:
I will use your comments no matter what they are for three days (or three times if you don't post daily)
Second place:
I will use your comments for seven days (or seven times)
First place:
I will use all of your comments no matter what they are for a week/seven days
I will promote any/all of your work to the best of my ability (or someone elses work if you don't have any of your own you want me to advertise)

All right, so with that in mind, lets not beat around the bush any longer and get right to the winners. Oh, and yes, I will be going over why I like each one as I go through them. Anyway, let's get started. Starting with third place.

Even though this is just a photoshop image, I think you really did capture the sheer, utter insanity that Twilight is supposed to be feeling in this story, at least until Lyra broke her logic and she went into depression 
But yeah, great job here. You made Twilight look exactly as I described her (for the most part, the sword is still missing but, semantics), the words in the background are a nice touch, and I really like what you did with Ghost Sombra there. It really shows just how insanely broken Twilight is. Also, for those of you wondering. Yes, Ghost Sombra will be returning. How and in what way though, remains to be seen, but it will be epic I can assure you.
Also real quick just because I have contracted myself to use three of your comments not matter what they are does not mean I have to include The Doctor in this story now. I HAVE THE IMAGINATION TO KEEP HIM OUT NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU ALL TRY!!! I CAN KEEP THIS UP!!!!

I like how you somehow managed to not only include every single one of the ponies, but Jason, Discord, Ghost Sombra, several of the key background ponies, Nyarlathotep and hell, even the title as well. This is pretty awesome how you were able to fit so much into such a small space. I would be tempted to use this as my new title picture if it a.) wasn't so revealing of some things, and b.) the status quo for these characters wasn't about to change. No really, it is. You'll all just have to wait and see the find out how

This is... wow... just wow... This is really well drawn, granted it doesn't have the exact, proper cartoon dimensions that these ponies have, but hey, semantics. The coloring is really nice, and the shading nice, and hell, it even has a background. Hell, I'd say you did something that most find impossible to do and made Fluttershy badass. I really like how she is holding the knives in her wings, and I like how Twilight is down there in the forest below. (I'm guessing she is flying upside down), and the lightning is a really nice touch.

We had some really good entries (actually we only had like seven entries, but whatever), and yeah, this has all been great fun. You guys are the best. I know I've said this before, but I have the best fans ever.

Hey didn't I mention that I have given up on trying to bring the doctor in (half the time I was joking full knowingly that you won't pick the comment). I might have your reference a monster/alien in the fic; but not the doctor... Actually I think of having the cyberMEN fleet come but blows up because of the cuteness of the pony's... Just kidding that would never happen. Speaking of which I really need to post that image I made on deviantart. (also you caught me at the worst time with my comments I have little time with my imagination thanks to exams)

I have two left on Tuesday and Thursday so after that I'm done
I ended up waiting till about three hours prior to the deadline before I managed to get started

To make a long story short my laptop is unable to view pictures from tinypic, photobucket and pretty much every other popular image host except imgur. So if you would do that for me so I can see the fanart it would be much appreciated, but obviously I can't force you.
