The Ever Present Problem

Sorry if I seem inactive lately. This is due to a mixture of real life problems and my sudden mental block when it comes to writing. From the novice of novices to the most masterful of writers, it seems we all suffer from that evil thing of writer's block. I held that muse in my hand and watched the beautiful creature dance around playful with my mind almost fluttering with ideas on how to make stories work. Things meshed so well together while the muse within my mind would tell me "this will work" or "this might work if you try it this way," tantalizing me with words of wisdom. Sadly, all things seem to grind to a halt for some reason or another. It is only now that I realize what I had since it seems gone. Part of me is thankful that I can still hear that voice on the wind, from time to time. I hope to chat with that creature once more, and see if she can help my writing soar to even greater heights.
