Alright, so here's what's happening, going to happen, and kinda been happening:
First off, I'm gonna throw in a little plug here and tell you to go and read Xenophilia right NOW. It's such a beautiful heartfelt story of love, and I don't usually like any human involved stories, but it works here. Now I do warn, it is quite clop heavy, but even if you don't like that kind of thing it's done in a way that connects the characters on an emotional level, and it in no way detracts from the story itself. It's smart, it's sexy, It's beautiful, it's like your dream girl manifested as a fantastic Fimfic. If I had one complaint, it would be that the polygamy thing seemed like a copout, but it's not too distracting. So go check it out now. DO IT!
Alright, now that that's done, I'll talk about MY stuff. First off, I'm cancelling the current version of Leaving Their Legacy, now this doesn't mean I won't come back to the Sonic Dashfire stories, it'll just be a while until I get back to it, and I'll be redoing the entire story as Leaving Their Legacy: The True Story. (Working on a better subtitle for that) Also, there will be a darker one shot coming out called Flashes, which I'd recommend everypony check out when it arrives. There's another large project that I want to work on called Loyally Yours, another large Dash focused Adventure tale, and I'm going to be putting a lot of effort and work into it, but I'm going to be trying to finish up a number of other stories I started first, among them being What Lies Beyond, No Less Than Perfect, and The league Of Retribution. After all those, Flashes, and Loyally yours come out, then I'll dive back into Leaving Their legacy, with a bit more of a focus on the Dashfire relationship that inspired the writing.
Anyways, I look forward to getting more writing done, and reading more as well, as my Read Later list has exceeded 20, and I'd like to fix that.

Truly it's a lot due to the fact that I'm a huge sap for a good romance story and Rainbow Dash is a pony I have fallen in love with, and while I really didn't like the polygamy deal, I did enjoy the romance with Rainbow Dash. It painted a scene of emotion in my mind, words that I was able to pick up on and truly relate to. It was sweet, kind, cute and spoke to me as one who sees love as a powerful emotion that should be embraced more often. It came off to me the way I feel that love should be portrayed between two people (Ponies), and it was able to get me over that hump that I often can't get over when a human is involved in the story and portrayed Rainbow Dash as the character I interpret her and love her for. Again I wasn't a fan when Twilight was added to the mix for a polygamy deal but that's moreso grounded in personal beliefs and feelings than anything else but it wasn't too hard of a hit to the story for me, but did make me enjoy the first half of the story a lot more. Maybe it isn't necessarily for a lot of people and most folk will see it as just a clopfic, but I had a lot of fun with it and thought it was very romantic and sweet and gives me hope for a relationship along similar grounds (Not exactly the same as cartoon ponies don't exactly exist, but you get the idea). It holds values and ideas that I personally follow and makes a story I like with it, and ultimately that's what it boils down to, I enjoyed it, the fact that it had my favorite pony and ideals pushed that enjoyment to making it a favorite of mine. I found it beautiful, though I also know not everybody will as we all think differently and value different concepts and ideals, and I know that it is far from perfect, but for me it came pretty damn close.

Daammmnn that's a long explanation. While I do believe a lot about what you say, to me, it's nothing more than an overrated second-rate human X pony clopfic that is twice as long as it should be.

Aye, and that's what I think a lot of folk see it as unfortunately, as that is the way most any fic with sex in it is often seen, though it was included for the most part to add to the romance from what I saw for the most part, then again that's merely my own interpretation and it could be just to give us all a stiffy but the emotion poured into the scenes make me doubt that's the case.
1133636 No. I don't see every fic with clop in it an immediate clopfic. I see those that are sensual romance; actual romance story with some clop in it, as not a clopfic, but just a mature rated story (E.g. Chaotic Love, Come Back To Me, Evolutionary Ideals).
Xenophilia, however, is too boring, as there isn't much actually going on in the story, nothing happens, no conflict, no arguments, just sex and overly-long dialogue.

Fair point, but like I said, I did see a lot within it, I enjoyed the dialogue and the story. I thought it was very sweet and kind. But again, that's just my opinion, not necessarily everyone elses, but I love it and will continue to do so.

So did I. (Except the story, which felt non-existent) While it was well-written, I'll give it that, but it had no actual conflict or disagreement. It was just sex, sex, talking, sex, more talking and more sex.

Actually that's what's surprising, most of the time I hate Human X Pony, and while there was no real fight or anything I wouldn't say there was NO conflict, as there was the whole racism deal going on, but even if that wasn't there I'd still like it enough, there was a story, Dashie and a guy falling in love, and honestly that's all I wanted, needed, and liked. I was satisfied without some big fight or worry in the distance, it's the story about falling in love, and I know that feeling, and it was good to feel it through this story, and that's what I personally took out of it.
