Well, this week, I don't have much interesting to say. Oh, except for I've completed the first draft of my new short story, and will be running it through some workshops this weekend. I'm unsure as to when I'll release it, as it is also a school project, due on the 14th, and will receive detailed in class feedback on the 19th. Feedback has been great thus far, and I have found several issues to be addressed.
Anyway, I decided to make a chili cooking vlog this week (I make vlogs every week), so I figured I'd randomly share. It's pretty great bachelor/college student food, as you only need to set a couple hours aside, and it's nearly a week's worth of dinners, depending on what you do with the recipe and how much you eat. This recipe is vegetarian, too. If you want to add meat, it will add to the prep time.

One of these days I'm actually going to learn to cook something without using the microwave. One of these days.
