Gave Repeat Customers a quick proofread and revision over the last two days, just for spelling/grammar/style etc. since I haven't looked at any of it since publication. Some serious mistakes showed up, but the changes don't merit a reread for those who've finished it. Just looks better now since it was garbage before because I'm a hack fraud conman who never sets enough time aside to do anything properly.
So, since I last checked in here the Spa Ponies have obviously received a character tag, which was an awesome discovery. I didn't even need to tag my story, somehow it was done for me. Got a nice boost of traffic when that happened which really tickled me in a very special way.
But the really big boost came from someone who made a fanfic-picture-something with part of the Twilight chapter and posted it here, which is pretty flattering (though the part seems like a strange choice to me... NO, whatever, I'm not complaining. People read my stuff and that's good enough for me). I feel pretty undeserving about being showcased alongside a John Joseco picture actually, though I'd be lying if I didn't admit to using exactly that pic as a partial reference. I'm certainly not in his company. And sorry, but I might have revised that section a touch. Probably not significantly, but I can't remember. Anyways, if you read this, thanks partly for the publicity but mostly for the comment. Chapter 3 has A LOT more views now than chapter 2 and is now gaining on 1, so we'll see what happens. Twilight's is personally my favorite, but I'm working to top it. For those who mentioned they wanted it, she will definitely be appearing again.
Yes, that's a promise.
Chapter 4 is in the mid-late stages and nearing publication time. As much as I like the sound made by deadlines as they whiz past me, I'm not going to commit to a timetable.
