So while i wait for some things to get sorted i decided i'd start...a story blog with a mod i've been working on.
Also its not complete as its hard to every country that existed at the time into ponified things. Also government officials will still exist (for example the Kaiser of Germany) all except Britannia (crystal empire) where I've managed to replace George the IV with Candace so don't complain that things aint right

May i present: Roam 1914
So rather then just describe this and blah blah lets make it...storyish
1914. Roam is in an awkward position where equestrian politics are concerned. Thrust into an alliance with the Germane's and the Austria-hoofgarians during a period of time that will be forever remembered on many a ponies mind.
She sits in the middle of a powder keg. Not only this but with all this political upheavial around her she has her own problems. In the Zebrican continent one of her colonial states are strived by civil war and she struggles to hold back the tide of revolution. Her troops fight a losing battle as they battle across the Sahara of there land
But roam has big ambitions. Once the tides of war are over she will grow and the Empire of Roam will once again rise from the ashes of corruption and war. currently her stallions are trained and equipped much like the army's of Prance, Germane the Crystal empire and the Ottoponys. on the 29th day of june Roam stands with 22 armies that are split into 58 divisions and she has the strength to deploy another 160,000 ponies into service.
Her biggest problem it would seem is Prance. and here colonial powers.
Her might is vast and here military strength has grown in the recent years worrying the Equestrian nations and roam alike. Prance also commands the alliance of the UESS (United Equestrian Soviet States) and its endless reserves of ponies it can send to the slaughter. And the crystal empire, that has a more laid back approach to equestrian politics. after dealing with them roams plan is to in theory "Backstab" there ally Austria and push her ponies into the badlands. heading south and occupying the griffon empire (Greece) while her fleets launch landing operations on the griffon's shores after that its onto the crystal empire and her gains in the Zebrican continent. in theory if all goes well roam will now have the springboard needed to finish the creation of New Roam and perhaps even expand further.
I once tried a similar thing for HoI3. Though the Equestria mod I made for EU3 is still my best.

761200 Well i like to imagine i can play it well. But im not using HoI 3, Darkest hour im using...although i do believe it uses the HoI 3 engine...or 2 im not sure

Do you have Victoria 2? If so then you should check out htiden42’s excellent pony mod for it. (It gave me the most fun out of any Vic2 games I played
761235 Cant say i have. i mainly stick to my Total war games and my EUIII and Darkest hour...Not to mention S.T.A.L.K.E.R now and again
