First week of school and latest story · 3:50am Jan 10th, 2013
Well the first week of school has come to a close for me now. And to be honest, the semester seems to be a little better than the last one. My teachers are pretty good and I have a pretty balanced schedule. It's just I'm going to have to stay on my toes for my Biology and English classes. I also have to contend with an online Criminal Justice class as well again. But for the most part, the semester seems to be pretty good and I have no real issues with my teachers. I just have to stay ahead of my work and do a quiz in my Biology Lab every week. It still doesn't change the fact that I'll have to put a lot of my time in my studies and my job, so story updates will be slow going.
Speaking of stories, I was really amazed to see how popular my Spilight fic got so quickly. It's made not only the Featured Box, but has claimed the top spot! It's been nearly 24 hours since it was posted for everypony and it's got nearly 200 thumbs up already! I never knew my story was going to be that popular and I feel honored for all my new minions . . . erm, I mean, watchers that have added me to their list. As for chapter 2 of the story, I'll try and see if I can get the outline, or intro. done tonight. No promises though since my Biology Lab teacher kept us until 9:30 tonight. I hope to probably finish this story soon since it won't be too long or anything like that. So please bear with me on updates from Her Knight in Shining Scales. I'll slowly work on it, but don't expect me to really rush a new chapter out.
