so yeah, as my last blog a few hours ago stated:
1)google docs is having problems (gdocs is where i do all my writing) so now i have to switch to word documents which end up with far more errors and after which i have to send it through email or skype.
seeing this is a real pain and I worry if google docs will fix itself or i have to go figure out what the problem is because i don't know shit in that field.
Due to google docs having these problems i have to pause on writing RotFH final chapter because of what's going on. This is a sad day and the only thing scarier is if i have to create an entire new gdocs and try and save what i can because it was already difficult enough trying to save that tidbit of Steel Burner I had on there.
If anyone knows a lot about gdocs and thinks they can help me it would be much appreciated. Other than that I'm being a procrastinating bitch as expected let's hope I can get Steel Burner moving along.
on a side note i'm doing swimmingly at finding ways to procrastinate and think up ideas of stories that shall never come to be.
That is all, thearcher20, signing off
I write my stories as .rtf files (might go back to .doc if I get Word 03 again) and save them on my drive and an SD card, as well as add any work to the appropiate story, then I have it saved on three locations. As for having someone edit, if googe docs don't wanna work, then I guess using Word or WordPad and sending the file via email or file transfer is the only way to do this.

that's basically what i have to do, no other choice is given other than use word and skype the document back and forth. least until the problem gets solved
I myself rarely use Google Docs, but for a shipfic challenge I am in, we are supposed to do so in docs... which means I hope it gets sorted soon as well.

using google docs makes things a helluva lot quicker and easier to get everything done compared to the old word document days. That is one thing i can tell you for sure
689017 Yeah, I might consider using G-Docs more... might
