Hey there all of you, a very belated Happy New Year to all of you. With the holidays now over and classes starting for me soon, it's time to announce my next story. If you've read my blogs in the past, the one where I announced my Sparity fic would also have an indication as to what my next story would be. As such, it's time to finally get to a pairing I've put off for far too long, Spilight, or as FlimFlamBros likes to say it "correctly", TwiSpike. There are a couple of questions I'm sure you're all asking and I'll tell you some of the things in this story.
Q: What's the title of the story?
A: Her Knight in Shining Scales. I know that was the original title of the other Spilight fic, but I figured the title was still just as good, so I'm sticking with that title.
Q: Is the story going to be the same as when you originally announced it?
A: Not exactly, there will be a big change in the story, in regards to when Spike finds the hidden book involving how Twilight feels about her. The book will be a bit different, but not much else will change really.
Q: Is this a one shot or multiple chapter story?
A: I think this will be more than a one shot this time around. It'll most likely be a 2-3 chapter story and maybe an epilogue. Don't quote me on this though.
Q: Are the characters like the ones in the show, anthronized, or humanized?
A: They will all be anthronized like in Rest and Relaxation. I was going to do humanized, but it wouldn't fit in with the title of the story and the book Spike finds.
Q: Is there going to be clop in it?
A: To be honest, I'm not so sure. I feel like my stories aren't getting a lot of popularity when it comes to clopfics written by me. IDK if it's other ignoring it or the fact that mature stories in general are hidden from sight, unless you click on the View Mature button. So I'm not entirely sure if I want to write clop or not. If I do write it, it may just be a short scene, nothing too big or anything.
Q: Will you need an editor to help?
A: I think I may need one. I've been getting better with writing, but it's not really a bad idea to have a proofreader on hoof to help out.
Q: How long should the story take?
A: I'm not sure. School is starting this upcoming Monday and I've got work in the after noon tomorrow. I may try to get a small start tonight or over the weekend. I've got some idea for the beginning, but I'm still sketching out some other portions of the story including the book Spike finds and the contents in it.
So there you all have it. Some minor spoilers for the story and whatnot, but I hope this will satisfy your curiosity for now. Let me know what you think and I'll get back to you on it.
Can never go wrong with more Spike
A clopless story would be a nice change, try to mix things up and all that.

I will point out any errors I find (shouldn't be too much knowing you) and point out anything that I think could use rewording, plot holes, concerns, blah, blah, blah... I don't mind clop really, I'll read it either way, but personally I'll take the same story without clop any day. Also I tend to be much less likely to read a clop story right away when I see it.
