okay first off, Respite of the Frozen Howls is more or less planned out for most of it. So yay for that I planned out a few thousand words more for it.
Second, I just may have to break it into three parts because of stuff and things.

660949 One thing I have already noticed, and I am only 4 minutes into the episode, is that the show has taken a rather darker turn.
Seriously, even during the Changeling invasion, did they show any indication that any changelings were killed, or even seriously hurt? Or in any episode, any creature (pony or otherwise) ever seriously hurt or killed?
And AJ just killed three timberwolves. And I don't see any signs of remorse on her face either.
Not that I am complaining, the show could use a bit more of that realistic aspect. (the fact that when the shit hits the fan, someone (pony, dragon, or bad critter) may end up missing the ability to suck wind.)
Ok, I guess it takes more than that to kill a timberwolf... still, I am guessing that AJ did not know they could respawn...
(note to the episode script writers, respawn happens in CoD, Battlefield, and Halo... but not here!)
