I know I already mentioned this in my Author's Note at the end of the story, but some people might not have turned their attention to it. There will definitely be a sequel, there's no question about that. But I myself, what to know how you guys think I should write it. Would you like me to have her revert to her evil ways again and break out and cause havoc? Have the Mane 6 help her in living a normal and free life outside Pinkie's mind? Or maybe some other idea that you could share with me!
How I write the sequel will be completely based off the responses I get from you guys, and will determine how it's story line is tailored!

She should become their friend and learn to live a normal life
then become insane again and kill them all 
Trying to be friendly, while in still in Pinkie's body, Pinkie is either in a coma allowing/forcing Pinkamena to take her place. Or it's a split personalty that way can more kinda stuff can ensue. Maybe twilight finds a way to split the two.
I would say that she is starting to open up to everyone and starts being friendly, but then something happens and she slowly starts to revert back to her old self.
I honestly don't really mind where you take it... as long as everyone, or almost everyone, dies at the end XD Just kidding, do whatcha want

But personnaly a would have her "evil" skills becoming helpfull against something they are all unable to stop with their usual methods.
