Mental Health Update March 10 2024 · 4:34am March 10th
Hello, Noah/Clockwork here.
Happy Mar10 day to all who celebrate. If you are reading this, odds are we just had daylight savings time. This means I beat winter depression! Woohoo!
This past fall and winter were one of the worst in my life, and I am happy to be (mostly) better.
My Clockwork advice? Exercise for 30 minutes six times a week, and one day a week with no internet connection.
Thank you to everyone who's kept in touch. I can be reached on Discord (clockrelativity2003) or on Twitter (@Clockrelativity).
I'm not on here as much, but I did just say I'd reboot an old fanfiction, so stay tuned
It's amazing to hear that you're doing okay! Depression, whether it's a seasonal thing or an all-year-round issue, is horrid to live with, and I have the utmost respect to anyone who is able to overcome it.
It's also strange to hear that daylight saving time starts 3 weeks earlier for you than it does in the UK. For me, it starts on Easter Sunday. Timezones are so odd...

Aww, thanks.
I have all-year anxiety and depression, but it gets worse in the fall/winter.
