I generally believe that Applejack and Rainbow Dash have the most unhealthy friendship in the Main Six and I believe that Rainbow Dash is the main cause of this unhealthy friendship
Why, you may ask?
Because of Rainbow Dash's ego and competitiveness and if you guys think about it. In Fall Weather Friends, Non-Compete Clause, and other episodes and subplots that focus on these two characters. In most of those episodes, Rainbow Dash was the one who started the events in those episodes because her ego couldn't handle losing or someone, mainly Applejack, one-upping her.

Don’t worry, I totally agree.
I do have to agree.
I could see why you would say that, but I feel "unhealthy" is a bit strong for me.
Now, I know you said "of the main six" so that means comparatively speaking, this isn't wrong.
Either way, even if it is "unhealthy," I feel if a group of friends get along the vast majority of the time like in MLP, then even at its worsy this would be what I see as "friction," which happens a lot in friend groups.
But personally, I think It gets balanced by Rainbow Dash's and Apple Jack's other traits. It may even be good for them to have someone to compete with and still be friends after... they seem to have fun completing in the end.
But take all that with a grain of salt, as I'm not a "relationship" analyzer or anything, just an opinion for discussion.
Now... Lightning Dust on the other hand....
[Edit: Actually, I thought about it, and I do dissagree in the end. They are tomboy types. Heck, Rainbow Dash seemed to like "Guy's Night" more.
Not to mention, she uses that ego not to harm anyone else, but push herself further to get better. It's not like she is mean with it. She is aggressive with it, but so what? I think it is (or at least it was meant to be) withing the realm of healthy rivalry and completion.]
