Writer's Block Sucks.

You know what else still sort of sucks?

The complete opposite.

Five MLP stories in-progress, four of which are nearing completion.
One Sonic story in-progress.
Two Freedom Planet stories in the brainstorming phase.

And what the hell, let's do all of this with the 2023 Halo World Championship going on this weekend and taking even more of my time.

Having a creative streak is not all it's cracked up to be, kids.

I know the feeling. I haven’t updated my main story since 2020. though i have mainly been doing short stuff more recently. but even so I’m struggling on those as well.

I get around writer's block by writing crappy one-shots.
Can't have 5 stories incomplete if all your stories are completed upon publishing!

My last story was 100% stream of consciousness. I literally saw the image I eventually used for my cover art, opened a gdocs file and started writing.

And I mean, it's trash, and nobody should read it, but hey, it's a story.

I've got like three multi-chapter stories that a works in progress and a one shot that is currently being approved AND another one shot I wasn't satisfied with so it will stay in my novel app till its lost by time

I can relate. I have several stories on FF.net that I haven't finished yet. My last update was in 2017. Two stories that are nearly done and one that I'm mapping out a trilogy for. If I can get my laptop working again, I could get back to them. Right now, I'm dead in the water.
