If you're all wondering why I've seemingly disappeared off the face of the planet, several things happened in quick succession, starting a few months ago. In brief:
1) got transferred from one work store to another, after first obtaining a banagement position in late August last year (which I have neglected to mention before, but that was why I had the increased IRL workload to begin with.) Why? Store wasn't doing so hot, and my ass had to deal with entitled people on two hours of sleep for the closing of the first store.
2) DRAMA. Like, holy fuck, it's an entire saga. I could write a novella about the revelations that took place around store #2, and the culmination of the ending of that tragedy saw me revoked from banagement (over an EcoSure score of... 94. A green! Could've been gold!)
3) Quit store #2, and relocated to a competitor within that same district. Heard rumors, unverified at this time, that certain higher-ups were shittalking me behind my back because of things I was born with that I can't control. Yay.
4) Wound up being fired last month from store #3. Why? Didn't put bleach in the mop water. So now it's back to job hunting for the moment, which I've been doing since then. As an aside, this is part of the reason I've upped my commission prices, and added more categories on top of revamping that old ugly-ass sheet I had hanging around for a while (I also have an artistree, and have put down my Patreon for now.) Furthermore, Indeed is now throwing everything including the sink and the military at me because I updated my resume to include said banagement experience. On the flipside, I now know to avoid stores like #3 because they were staffed exclusively by workaholics.
5) Oh yeah, had another bout of rona again, a few weeks ago. Came and went, nothing more than the sniffles this time. Other than that, expect increased writing activity until I land a job that society deems 'proper.' I may have left my MLP fics on the backburner for a while (idea bunnies...), but now I'm back in the swing otherwise.
That is understandable.
