Its a system/setting for the Pathfinder 1st and Second edition and DnD 5th edition penned and printed by David Silver.
It adapted ponykind races to the pathfinder/dnd setting rather than insert hasbros mlp into them, to avoid copyright infringement most likely. I personally love the lore they added, especially the age of ashes stuff which is my personal favorite setting for the games.
