Having a set schedule helps. I wake up in the morning, look what's due most closest that I haven't written yet. I write that update.
The calendar very much helps. Before it was almost too much information for me to actually comprehend it. This way it's the same information, but less words and easier to process.
I think the calendar is very helpful.
