Hey guys! Don't worry, I'm not dead. 
A lot has been happening behind the scenes, and it's been a crazy summer. To state the obvious, Adventures Tale, which you should totally go check out by the way, is in its late stages of development. I have a good plan for completing the book, but it has been tiresome and mentally draining as of late. I'm not taking a backseat to it, because I really want to get it done, but idk how long it will take to finish. I plan on uploading chapters as soon as I complete them, and the revisions for chapters 15-22 are planned. Just stick with me here, be patient, and I'll get right back into it soon.
Moving on, I have been enjoying this summer life so far, realizing it will be 4 weeks until I need to return to school. I am honestly worried about this year and have centered my focus on getting this degree in Music Education now. 1 more year until graduation. 2 semesters left...I gotta do it. And so, if I am not around as often as I have been, I hope you'll understand.
Thirdly, I joined a pinball league! Yeah, shocker, I know. I have been playing pinball for a long time now, and with a league in a nearby state allowing me to register and participate, I am happy for the opportunity. I get to do something fun and compete, enjoying the hobby I have been doing for over 15+ years, and...I am actually going up against good players. I am waiting on my ranking from the IFPA (International Flipper Pinball Association) so I can finally have something to work on more with it, because I am tired of beating my own high scores at the house. I got no one to compete against except myself. I needed that challenge, and now that I have it...I got work to do. 
Didn't realize how good some pinball players are and how not-so-easy it is in a league.
The nerves, man...the nerves. I have been doing a lot of stuff lately, and it may be wearing me down. To clarify: just bought a Nintendo Gamecube to relive my childhood of Mario Party 7 and Mario Superstar Baseball (Sunshine doesn't count); I have a ton of Pokemon cards to sort through and reorganize; I have my office space (bedroom lol) to clean up properly; Legos to build; music to practice; work to go to; music to teach; pinball to practice and play; stories to write and plan; games to finish playing; and so much more! Gaaaaah, adulthood man...its a toughie....
I'll get through it. Just have to work hard and set my mind to it. So, yeah...thats my blog. If you've gotten this far, there's more! The profile page I have set up features an update chart on the right hand side (if on PC), showing where I am with chapter updates for what books. And I also show when it was last updated, so keep that in mind. We looking more professional out here, so don't be a stranger and say hi if you would like. I respond to comments quickly and fairly, so don't be afraid to reach out with a question or concern.
Also also, tomorrow I am uploading a new chapter to Swiftly Rising, so be on the lookout for that! This one gives an idea of what Swift's day looks like in the Royal Guard, and is also in letter form. I put some fun easter eggs and a challenge in it too, so give it a shot and see if you can spot all 4 of them!
