4 Years on Fimfiction (am I getting that old this quick?)

Well, this past year has been something, hasn't it? It's been a great year for each of my stories, as EROH, Blood Moon, Menace of Canterlot, and Chronicles of the Reformed have all received more readers this year than any other year, with 29k views on EROH alone and over 48k overall. I revamped my work on Chronicles of the Reformed, which led to it reaching 2k initial views earlier this month,

Random Thought That Won't Leave Me

Trigger warning, the topic at hand is porn.

With that out of the way, I have to pose a question: How do people create characters, have them tell a story, and then write porn about those characters aside from the story?

    A pretty big change

So, as I am always late to everything, some of you might have noticed the rather massive change to my account, that being the arrival of the Slash of Truth books. About a month ago, an incredible author named BlazenWolf2019 reached out to me and asked if I would finish his story The Slash of Truth. After reviewing some of his writing and explaining my schedule, I agreed to take over the task

So, Unexpected Delay · 3:36pm May 12th, 2023

Hey folks. In the best words I can put it, I got my drink spiked.

This is not a bit, this not a joke, on Tuesday night my drink was spiked and I got high. Disclaimer, I've never been high before but it wasn't a psychedelic. I've never done drugs or alcohol so this was a bit of an experience to be sure. It was at a school concert nonetheless as well, at the district auditorium. Anyways, to make a very long story short, I wasn't able to type the past three days, so even more delays! FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK

That's messed up.

Do you know what they spiked you drink with?

The hospital couldn't identify it, which isn't much help. It wasn't alcohol from thanks to my blood-alcohol level being sober. If it was an easily identifiable drug, it had to be synthetic, which can be applied to any drug. In short, they eliminated some of the endless possibilities. More than likely, though, it wasn't malicious, but rather some idiot trying to make their night more fun and getting it in my drink.

There are some really sick people out there. It was probably a date rape drug and the asshole who put it in your drink probably thought it was a girl's. This should be a good learning experience for you, you leave your drink unattended, throw it out and get a fresh one. Better to lose a little bit of money(if you were in a bar or restaurant) than potentially lose your life.

If the hospital couldn't immediately identify it, it probably means it was a cocktail of drugs, probably containing rohypnol or roofinol.

So on reflection, the best guess is synthetic weed since my symptoms all matched that and it can't be easily identified in hospitals since there's dozens of different types. Yeah, the problem was it was at a school auditorium for a graded event, a place I never would've expected to worry about it. Just goes to show how terribly bad drug availability is in my area.

Also rapists. A lot of times if someone is going to rape a person they'll spike their drink.

Of course it could have been some asshole who did just it to spite you.

I hate that synthetic weed. I tried it once and hated it. I think it's called spice.

Finally: Drugs are everywhere. I live in a town where there's some meth labs, and every once in a while one of them pops.

Someone I know got spiked with weed and cocaine laced roofie and was found on the side of the road! There ok now but they are not the same anymore. Everybody gotta be extra careful now it's happening all over the place! Best thing you can do is buy your own drinks bottle/cand and stay home and with some friends maybe some very trustworthy Neighbors and let the bar or place know you were drugged at there bar.

Holy hell, that's messed up. This is one of those things we hear about constantly, but would probably never realistically think it could actually happen to us... until it does. I'm just glad it wasn't something much stronger, something that could leave lasting damage. Stay safe out there.

Maybe the problem is that drugs are everywhere and they're a better tool for causing harm nowadays than good. People ruin their own lives and others' by using it recreationally, and then there's the fuckers that use it as weapon or tool in hurting other people. It's not even a political issue since its such a universal problem from nation to nation.

Yeah, the thing is it was a drink I bought and it wasn't in a place you would suspect to be spiked. A high school wind ensemble concert at a (relatively) respectable auditorium. With kids that you've been in band with some as long as eight years? Unreal man. Unreal and unexpected.

Yeah. That's the scariest thing, especially since the hospital couldn't identify it. Luckily I wasn't on any medication or anything that may have reacted to it, but if it was someone who had bipolar disorder per se, depending on their medication and what type of drug, it could have reacted lethally. If anything, I'm thankful that I was drugged because I was able to handle it without dying. There are a few people I know at the concert that it wouldn't be the case if it was really bad.

Substance abuse and drugs are symptoms of much bigger problems. Yes there are people who get their hands on drugs to harm other people, not always by tricking them into ingesting them. When I was a junior in high school, there was a bully who wanted to ruin the life of someone who had gotten them in trouble, so they bought a couple of crack rocks and a pipe and hid them in the person's locker, then went and fake snitched on that person. So of course the principal called the cops and called the student to the office.

When the cops and principal opened up their locker, of course they didn't have an explanaition for why they had crack and a pipe in their locker. So of course they got arrested and charged with possession, and the law at the time stated that if you were 17, you were an adult, so they got a nickle in prison. It completely ruined their lives and they wound up over the next 20 years in and out of lock-ups, all because some asshole decided to plant some drugs in their locker and fake snitch on them. The bully wound up getting killed a few years later during a fender bender incident where they jumped out of their car with a bat, screaming and making threats, and the other driver who was scared, grabbed their 9mm.

Sucks man. Of course every problem has a root, some are just so deep you gotta remove the tree itself before getting to em.
