One Year Anniversary · 3:19pm May 5th, 2023

That's right, today marks the day I created this account, and I wouldn't have ever imagined what has been achieved during this time.

As for now, I published 24 stories (one incomplete, one a collection of a short monthly contest) with 117,646 words. That's a lot, but what gave me the motivation to get to what was made is the active writing and reading community this fandom is. Granted, I've been told that it's not as active as it was some years ago, but it still is imo. This site has many great writes and amazing fics to read, and what made me improve a lot in my writing was the help other users gave me, showing where I did what wrong in my writing and how to improve it. All in all, I wanted to show my appreciation for this fandom, and especially to those people who taught me so much in writing: Writing Groups, users that pre- and proofread my stories or gave general advices in the comments.

Also, I wanted to thank you all who read my stories and liked, fav'd and commented on them, with one even reaching more than hundred likes!. Huge thanks to anyone also following me, as a milestone of 100 followers was reached shortly before this anniversary! It's really incredible, and not something I'd have expected.

So where is the train going? What's my plan? Well, first of all of course to finish my A New Empathy series, which is my hugest writing project I ever had and a crossover of Equestria Girls and the SCP-universe. And also I have plans to write Trixie fics--a bunch of Trixie fics

Well, whenever asked who is best pone I'll reply with Trixie Lulamoon, the Great and Powerful, and as someone who came into this fandom through Equestria Girls I have EqG Trixie in mind. The destinction is important, mainly because I barely have seen pony fics and the other is how the role of being a magician slightly changes for both Trixies.

Those who read my fics might notice that a common theme is usually the relation of a character and what the character loves to do and what it means to them, may it be chess, photography, or being a magician (two times even), and that are stories with the main focus on that, as others have that side plots or mentioned too, like inventing machines.

And Trixie is the perfect character for that. Her "Great and Powerfulness" has fully become her persona, her loving to perform magic tricks is what she defines herself with, and that is what makes me want to write in the future more about her--also, come on, how do I have only two stories focused around her?

What makes me still struggle with her is her character, how she talks, so that part of her is harder for me to write. Other characters have much more in common with the most people, so that's why I assume so many Equestria Girl fics have Sunset Shimmer as the main focus (well, other than the fact that otherwise you would just use the pony versions instead of the other main six like Twilight)--she is way more "normal".

Anyway, all of this may be just some rambling of my own perspective regarding specific characters and my own headcanon of them, but I'm writing this blog and wanted to show off a little of how I view the characters and what I mainly tend to focus on, and what I meant with "writing many Trixie fics"
