- When this episode was brought up, some viewers predicted that Moondancer would be making an appearance after having cameos in other episodes and the movie. Their thoughts came true.
- The episode shares many similarities with Amending Fences — Twilight reminisces about the past only to remember something she deeply regretted (that both linked to the series premiere) and go to fix the mistake, but realizes that she needs to go through hoops and obstacles in order to make peace with the years long mistake.
