Monthly Update: Podfic, the Mario Movie, and Story Status

Hello everypony, I am here once again with another monthly update. So without further delay, lets us get right into it.

Someone created a Podfic of How to Date a Princess

As some of you likely know, I have begun streaming recently and have been posting my videos up over on Youtube. However, as my Fiancee/Editor was looking for me, she discovered that someone had created a Podfic of my story 'How to Date a Princess' over on youtube and had given me credit for it! For those who don't know, it is basically like creating an audio book of my story and having someone read the story over the course of a youtube video. I actually had no idea this was a thing, but I was pretty impressed with it and thanked the person for sharing my story that way. Mario Movie (spoiler free)

On Tuesday, my fiancee, I, and a few friends went to check out the Mario Movie, and I must say, I really enjoyed it. There were plenty of references, I liked how they interpreted all of the characters, the plot was fun and energetic, and overall we all had a lot of fun. My only minor complaint is that, like the G5 movie, it felt like it moved a bit too fast at times, but that was never a deal breaker for me then and it wasn't now. Overall, if you think you are interested in it, I recommend checking it out and giving it a chance as I think you will enjoy it.

Story Updates

In terms of stories, I have decided to split the next chapter of 'Freedom Shall Ring' into two parts given it's already considerable length, and hopefully I will be able to get that out sometime next month. Afterwards, I will have my Fiancee/Editor focus on the second half of the chapter before moving onto Spero, then How to Meet the Parents, then How to Meet Your Daughter. I am also thinking about getting another editor to help with the first drafts of my future How to... stories so that I can reduce the workload on my Fiancee/Editor, but for now I have not begun looking into that quite yet.
