Happy Birthday, Madeline Peters (And Happy Early Birthday, Ashliegh Ball) · 12:48pm Mar 30th, 2023

Today is Madeline Peters' birthday. She is the talented young woman who voiced Scootaloo across all nine seasons of FiM. Interestingly, she was already at least a teenager by the time of the show, whereas her fellow CMC VAs in Michelle Creber and Claire Corlett were still children. Also, apparently at some point after Season 8 went into production, Madeline moved to Los Angeles, necessitating a single double for Scootaloo for the last two seasons.

Tomorrow is the birthday of Ashliegh Ball, who voiced both Rainbow Dash and Applejack, as well as Lyra Heartstrings, Prim Headline and a variety of other characters across FiM. She was also the voice of Blythe Baxter in the 2012 Littlest Pet Shop reboot. And more recently, in Sonic Prime she's the voice of Miles Tails Prower. In addition, she's the lead singer of her own indie rock group called Hey Ocean.

Happy birthday, Madeline. And happy early birthday, Ashliegh. I hope you both continue to be blessed with many fantastic voice acting roles for years to come.
