Here's an absolutely adorable tutorial on how to hug your pony from doubleWbrothers.
With my quest/race to get a Rainbow S on all of Freedom Planet 2's stages, my creativity lit up like a bonfire again, and I started crafting an alternate ending of sorts for the past week.
That story is now complete, and posted in its entirety over on AO3.

Fun fact: According to in-game content, the townsfolk in Sonic and the Black Knight breathe in carbon dioxide and exhale oxygen, similar to plants. When I first read that, I immediately thought they were Seedrians.

Yup. I've long maintained that the dub was as good as it was only because the source material was so amazing.
I also love that Cosmo's species was never named in any official capacity. Somewhere online, a fan came up with "Seedrian" and 99% of us ran with it.

Metroid fans have a similar story. Fans came up with the name "Shinespark" for a technique you can pull with the Speed Booster ability. 16 years later, it finally became an official term in Metroid: Other M, and... we try not to talk about that game.

Not a bad thing to hope for. But after the shitstorm that Federation Force went through, I just hope it lives up to the trilogy. I mean, Federation Force was fine (I'd call it chibi Titanfall with the Metroid Prime logo slapped on, but I've never actually seen Titanfall to make the comparison), but the timing was just awful.
Hard to believe that this show is 2 decades old. While I still prefer many of the other sonic tv shows like underground, boom and prime, I still think this show was somewhat ok, I just don't think anime mixes well with Sonic.
Wow I remember this show back in 2003 I was only 13 years old at the time when I watched it it was pretty cool

I loved this show... except one character. One freckin character who ruined it all, everything their stupid face was in it.
Chris. I hated that kid, even when i was his same age. The annoyance was so bad, i tuned him out more so then his best friends. The girl in the wheelchair had more personality, character and love then he ever did. Little sh

Yup. I thoroughly enjoyed his character, and he makes a bit more sense of you enjoy why he was so prominent.
In the west, we mostly have larger than life heroes. In the east, there are frequently every-man characters for the audience to relate to. Chris was filling that role.
Don't get me wrong, I understand and acknowledge his flaws, but I am still a Chris fan.

I dont know. For me, he was a needy, whiney, spoiled kid. After season 1 he seemed more developed(i guess since he was older by 6 years).
and being a genius helped but not by much.
