Skyblock, its sequel, and plans for the future

I've managed to finish my first proper fanfiction story, Skyblock. Honestly, it went better than I expected. The story got 20 likes, few people bookmarked. Thank you to everyone who read, liked, commented or bookmarked it.

I wrote Skyblock to see what would be the reaction for my writing. It was planned for 5 chapters, with possibility of a sequel. Since it seems that there are people who actually liked the story, I will write the sequel.

I know Skyblock was not a very good story, but for my first, I think it was okay. I will obviously need to improve for future stories, with better planning, better descriptions, more editing etc. The important thing is that I learned something about writing fanfiction, about posting on this site, and most importantly, proved myself that my stories aren't complete junk. Because of this, I consider Skyblock a success.

About other stories, while Skyblock ended, a sequel is already on the way, with three chapters already written. It will be longer, and I will try to make it better. You can treat Skyblock as Calm Sky's backstory. The new story will be posted somewhere by the end of January, as I plan to write it all first before I start posting it.

There are two other stories in the planning stages. They will be alternate universe stories, set in a different, (more or less) original world, but with (more or less) canon FiM characters. They will be published after the sequel of Skyblock gets finished.

I hope that I manage to write the stories, and that they will be good enough to be enjoyed by other people.

At least I think so, considering I haven't done this step yet.
