I really haven’t been reading or writing anything at all. I just don’t have the desire to do it anymore. I’m trying to get back into reading, but I just can’t start. I really like dark stuff, but all the good dark stuff is always extremely long and I’m intimidated by the word count.

Yup. The writing has gone pretty smoothly despite my recent lack of motivation. At this rate, it should be out by July 6th. There might be SOME delays though, since there are a couple things that might inhibit my writing time, like my brother's birthday tomorrow (the 30th) and fiends coming over on the fourth of july. Sooo... I told you guys that I would have to write the first draft of chapter 6 before I can revise, edit, and release chapter 5. That didn't happen. I actually changed what happens in the chapter twice, so I have 3 first drafts of chapter 5. I've decided that the latest version WILL work out in the end, and I'm almost done with the revision phase. It will be out this week. I've taken the new chapter in a new direction, and had to rewrite half of it. The way it's going, I'll need to actually write the next two chapters in advance to see if it will work. I need to decide whether I should merge the next 2 into a single long chapter, or if the second is long enough to stand on its own. Either way, It'll be delayed again. Sorry, but school has been getting in the way, especially with the sudden surge of Marching Band rehearsals.
