I'm not sure if very many of you saw what I wrote at the top of the description, but it's true. There's 3 weeks of school left, but I've slowly been starting to write the first draft of chapter 5. I'll need to rewrite half of it due to a change in what was originally planned, though. There's no ETA yet since it's coming along very slowly.
The original artist of both the pic that inspired me to write this and the current cover art is holding a contest on her DeviantArt page. You have to write about a bird on a branch/tree with over 500 words, and it ends 5/16/12. There are other rules, but you'll need to check the original post/comments section for that. On an unrelated but very meta note, I noticed that I sound very choppy if I'm not writing very formal or in prose. Derp.
