Last night, I finished the story 'Ballad of Echo the Diamond Dog'. I read since I had heard so many people consider it one of the best stories on the site. My reaction: close

Don't get me wrong, Echo the diamond dog is to me no doubt perhaps one of the or the best hie fics I have read, and the story was truly amazing. The characters were well drawn out, Disarray was freakin awesome, and the overall tale was absolutely amazing. But in my opinion, it is not the best story I have come across.
