Work has been VERY busy within the last week, so much so I've not had much time to write and what little free time I've available has been spent on other pursuits, much to my semi-frustration. I realise beating myself up over a fan-fic is ridiculous, but my goal is to improve as an author and part of that is following some of Steven Kings advice, most notably writing a minimum of 500 words a day.

Whilst I've been generally happy with the way things are going with Mind Over Midnight, I mentioned in the last chapter some struggles in moving things forward. Cohesion and better planning are necessary, as such I've been taking my loose notes from here/there/everywhere and getting them all into a unified whole. After some writers block (partially dodged around with my new Blueblood fic, of which I've more ideas in mind) I've begun more work on Mind over Midnight. There's a rough plan in mind for the whole story including Stormy's arc and the eventual end, it's just getting there.

Currently working on chapter 2 of Limbo whilst listening to a ridiculous amount of DMC music.

Its a good day for story updates, my new piece is done and I'm starting on a new chapter for Mind over Midnight.

I've gotten my second chapter finally finished! I'm trying to not to suffer burnout though with my work.

It's all about trying to ensure balance after all.
