Max Payne, an alcholic, painkiller addict who has lost everything he has ever gained, has a dream of himself as a pony in Equestria and finds some happiness that will change his life forever.

The story tells about how after Princess Luna is banished to the moon by her sister, Princess Celestia how she will take over Equestria and destroy the elements of harmony. Takes place before Twilight's arrival to Ponyville.
