To begin, I must apologize for the noticeable lack of new chapters.

I have been rather busy with real-life responsibilities as of late, and have as a result been largely unable to dedicate very much time to writing new content. I do hope to return within the next couple of months to wrap up the story, as I intend for the story to largely fit back into the early "one-shot" chapters regarding its ending.

I suppose "Inkwells across Equestria" may serve as a good-enough marker as to how far I have come in the span of a single year.

This change has been made due to my personal concerns regarding content that is being written about and will continue being written about within the current set of chapters.

Per reader request, I will continue to write chapters for this story. I now plan to group the chapters by their focus; the original seven chapters will be the introductory group, and additional groups will be written to expand on individual characters of note, such as the Alicorn Raven known as the "Raven of Shadows".

This will be an experimental story written in either first or third-person, rather than second-person like I have been writing in up until now. Hopefully, I will manage to write enough to publish here on Fimfiction, unlike my previous attempt that I never talked about until now.

It's written in the same general style and tone as the stories I have posted here on Fimfiction, though it is unrelated to My Little Pony. It's more of a reflection piece on the pandemic, and how nice it will be once it's safe enough to fully return to how things once were.
