Just got a random blaze of inspiration, and I have two new stories in the works. On is set in my "usual" universe (i.e., the one the vast majority of my stories are set in---but you won't need to read them to understand the new on, darlings, I assure you!) and another in a possible AU. because, hey, when it comes to whips and chains, why not break out of the ordinary?

Does such a thing exist? I've tried looking for one, and came up with a void. I'm just curious about reading some more fics with Big Red in his alternate persona.

I feel a little stalled when it comes to my writing mojo. I've got some ideas floating around, but no real gumption to get them done.

Oh well! Tomorrow's my birthday and I'm taking a trip to the Big City this weekend to celebrate, so maybe it'll rattle something loose.

So the question remains... does Zephyr have some form of personality disorder?

Some time ago, I came across the term "involuntary epiphora" in a book. The very next day, my eye began to cry involuntarily. That's what the term means.

Today I submitted a story in which there's a banging noise against a window---and now the window next to me won't stop banging and cracking. I'm not making this up.

Maybe I should write a story where someone gets incredibly rich and finds true happiness. Couldn't hurt to try, right?

Oh my Trixie it's God!

Okay, I know Trixie's cutie mark origin story is old news now, but I just heard about it and I'm so excited! Je parle Francais like a bastard, so I can't wait to sink my teeth into this!

Ever since I can remember, I've hated---loathed---cartoon characters speaking in another character's voice, or doing an apt impression of another character. When I was a kid, I'd sometimes run out of the room with my hands over my ears because it drove me up the wall (there was an episode of Rescue Rangers that felt like nails on a chalkboard for me).
