Well, my fan parody went up at Otakon over the weekend, and was rather well received. Lots of laughs--maybe not the ideal quantity of "everyone laughing constantly," but you know--and a hell of a lot of applause at the end. I was actually surprised by the loudness of the applause, because I had been concerned the reaction was more lukewarm than that. Felt pretty damn great, though I wish more people who worked on it could have been there with me.

Sort of, anyway. Chapter 2 is going up as soon as I finish another read through for obvious errors--I may come to hate myself for that decision but at the moment I'm feeling reasonably confident in most of it.

Apologies for the long delay on chapter 2 of In Search of Lost Friends. I was legitimately held up for the first 4 or so weeks as I said, then this past month I've just sort of zoned out. Well, I was travelling for a fair bit of that time, but my fingers weren't exactly broken. A few things have gotten done but not really enough.
