Sort of, anyway. Chapter 2 is going up as soon as I finish another read through for obvious errors--I may come to hate myself for that decision but at the moment I'm feeling reasonably confident in most of it.
The lie is that it doesn't end at the point where I was planning to end it that wasn't where I originally planned to end it, but at a DIFFERENT point that wasn't where I originally planned to end it.
Oh, and I don't have time to finish the new opening scene for chapter 1. That will have to wait until after Otakon.
...I have a fan parody (i.e. a half-hour "abridged series"-esque parody dub) going up in front of like 2000 people or something at this con. The guy who runs the show (and whose work I admire) really, really liked it. This is still surreal.
Oh, and if you're going to Otakon and feel like saying hi (or coming to see a frankly hilarious parody of the classic mecha show Macross), drop me a line or a comment or somesuch.
