Ejection Fraction has gone from 19% to 35%. Three months of effort and support since the hospital has doubled my cardiac output. Remodeling is being seen and hopefully will continue. This is enough to get me out of the life vest and permit me to drive again.

I am relieved. So thank you to all who have supported me through this.

Still have a ways to go, and I am neither out of the woods nor completely immune from cyberification, but it is definitely a step in the right direction.

So yeah, haven't been around much, been devoting a substantial chunk of my time and energy at pursuits that will improve my financial future. Developing a path that should see my needs well taken care of over the coming decades. Making my debts and financial worries more tractable, getting things to where I feel like I have a hold of them. No time for ponies, cept every now and then when I've a free evening to maybe read a story, or try some art, just enjoyment in small ways.

That took a bit longer than I thought... what with my well breaking, and my water heater leaking and all the RL crud that cropped up. On my birthday weekend too!

Chapter 6 has gone through a re-edit since I'm months along from it and could not properly reconnect with a few of the ideas to polish them up. Now I have it in working format and one scene left to do to wrap it up. So gimme a weekend or two and I should have something for you.

Just living day to day. Some days I feel better, other days I don't. New meds bring with them new side effects, which have to be coped with. Work is still work, to put bread on the table and sometimes a chance to do something fun. I'm here, just dormant atm while I try to recover the energy to press on with the story.
