Heyas, sudden random medical bossfight! Wait- what?

So yeah, haven't been around much, been devoting a substantial chunk of my time and energy at pursuits that will improve my financial future. Developing a path that should see my needs well taken care of over the coming decades. Making my debts and financial worries more tractable, getting things to where I feel like I have a hold of them. No time for ponies, cept every now and then when I've a free evening to maybe read a story, or try some art, just enjoyment in small ways.

Been working on my health, trying to improve my blood pressure, organize my life around healthier practices, lose some weight, finds some Xen. Be less emotionally intense. All well and good. Seeing some positive steps there as well.

So naturally, if things aren't inclined to drama and life is too boring then- surprise your kidney wants you dead!

Wait what?

Yeah, 7mm kidney stone, leading to 4 day hospitalization, surgical lithotripsy procedure and now whatever a home recovery will take to finish it off.

I suppose on the bright side I now have an upper-end tick on my scale of 'how painful has something been before?' Cuz this outclassed bone fractures, dislocations and jaw surgery by several orders of magnitude.

Ouch.
