I also picked up Martin Chuzzlewit, having read about it in The Eyre Affair. Wuthering Heights/Jane Eyre comes in tomorrow (probably).

You remember my post on Performance Art? (If not, go read it.) I thought of another one: color-code footnotes(/endnotes/ghostnotes/whatever). For example, green footnotes are "part of the story", orange footnotes are author comments, and purple footnotes are translator comments. And of course, for evulz, you weave all the footnotes into their own (cross-color) narrative, independent of the "main" narrative.

Already it's over a thousand words (not all of which you have there), and it's just getting into the second third. Second section, anyways; I think there's going to end up being three sections but I've no idea how long they will end up being and there might be a surprise fourth or something.

I have not seen S3Finale yet. That's not all, there's four or five S3 episodes I haven't seen yet. I think the last S3 I saw was either S3E9 (Spike at Your Service) or S3E10 (Keep Calm and Flutter On), and I know I didn't finish Spike at Your Service. There's also an S2 I haven't seen (the Foal Free Press one). But S3Finale is the big one.

I haven't properly written anything in weeks. I can give myself a bit of a pass on two weeks ago, I was pounding on MLP Original Fiction instead of storywriting. Last week, however, I have no such excuse.

I intend to write a fair bit more this week. Of course, the best-laid plans of mice and men have nothing to do with John Steinbeck. I can't make any guarantees of how it turns out.

I found ten candidates. Count em' ten. One page. And that includes the [canceled], [on hiatus], and [incomplete]. The [incomplete] ones might be worth eyeballing again later, actually. But I'm in the habit of only reading [complete] fics. Just go with it.
