Not sure what I did to deserve all of you but... hi!

So if you couldn't tell, I'm a bit bored, but I figure this is also a good opportunity to connect with you guys. So, any questions? Comments? Criticisms? I love to hear the good and the bad.

Updates have been slow because of the slew of problems I've been having with this site; error code 404 and whatnot. I'm told the admins are working on a fix for that, and when it's implemented, I'll get back on track.

The reason why ponies hug, nuzzle, and generally touch each other so often isn't just because they're fuzzy and it feels good. No, they do it because it keeps their hearts beating. If ponies weren't so affectionate they would all die.

The most common interpretation of Octavia is with a cultured British accent; it's also how I generally read her lines in fics. Occasionally, however, someone portrays her as German, which I find much sexier.

On this day, seven thousand years ago, Commander Celestia lead her mighty pony revolutionaries to victory against the despotic griffons. Let's all take a moment to remember the sacrifice of those great ponies, and then honor them with alcohol and low-grade explosives.

I just moved. It was all rather sudden and though I have internet access at my new abode, I'm still getting everything situated. My regular story updates might be a bit slower than I'd like, but I promise to make up for it soon.

No one wanted me to kill off a Mane 6 character... which I agreed with. No one mentioned the one or two OCs I slipped in. I know I didn't do a lot to get you (the reader) interested in Noteworthy, and that was intentional; after all, that's a lot of work for a character I meant to kill off three chapters later. Her purpose has been served, still, do you want to see how Nocturne brain-shanked her or should I just continue on with the story?

All this graphic dream crap that Nocturne is doing in my story has given me an idea: What would you guys think about a mature, gore-filled story completely unrelated to "The Second Exile" and featuring Freddy Kreuger?

So I updated The Second Exile to include the "Dark" tag as well as Shining Armor as a character — I figure he's important enough to deserve it. The new tag was because after rereading some of the chapters, I realized how brusque I've been with the descriptions of Nocturne and his assorted dreamland escapades. I don't think it warrants a change to Mature just yet because I've been purposefully avoiding being as descriptive as I could be, but I'd like your thoughts on the matter regardless.
