I've thought about how I'll handle the sword issue. She'll still be able to summon it, as its bound to her soul, not her body, and that didn't change. But it is a static physical object; it doesn't change size or shape because she wishes it so, so it'll be initially larger and heavier than she can bare. With time and training, she'll get the hang of it again, and consequently she'll get one of those really thick gym necks.
