You can add or subtract chapters as you wish. The only difference is that you won't need to "Submit" the new chapters... they will be visible on the site once you "publish" them.

If you're getting an error, the two most common reasons are because you either have a file which is too big to upload (either too large a file in terms or memory or in terms of width and height of pixels) or a file which is of an uncommon file type. Use a basic image program to make the size of the image smaller, and make sure it is a common file type. Also, try switching the way you were trying to upload the image. If you were doing it from the web, try saving it on your hard drive and uploading it using the option to upload from a disk. Best of luck!
