I am not okay, I promise. But I’m working on it.
I am taking a step back to evaluate my goals, to adjust for reality, and to make them real.
I will be back.
Much luv,

No one tells a story like you do.

...wait. I might have gotten that wrong.
After I finish By Grace I’m going to go back and revise it. I’m not entirely comfortable with how a few things turned out and I know I can write them better. One chapter (maybe two) to go until I can mark it Complete.
I realized I might hit a hundred soon, but before I could decide what to do to celebrate that, it happened!
I figure the only real way to celebrate is to get my rear in gear on writing consistently (at least a few hundred words a day). Luckily, I’ve been able to refocus on taking proper care of myself. Nothing else really works right if I’m not making sure I’m in the right place mentally, emotionally, creatively.
Without getting too personal, I just need some time to recharge. My creativity has always had peaks and valleys. And just as I thought I’d started a new peak, I find myself in a creative slump. It’s not where I want to be and I need to figure out what I did or didn’t do to sustain my energy.
It’s a new month, and I hope to make the most of it.
Much luv
I was there! Drinks were consumed, mistakes were made, and at least three friendships were strengthened as I was left to contemplate the continuation of three other relationships.
In short, this Bronycon was too personal. And even more personal because it is the bittersweet penultimate chapter in the Bronycon saga.
The absolute LENGENDARY Anonpencil graced my weird little story with a fittingly weird little drawing!
Look upon this work and REJOICE!
So, as is now tradition, Quill and Blade has given me another (relative to my other stories) ridiculously popular story. In fact, my most popular yet.
And I’ll level with y’all. The response to this story has intimidated the hell out of me. So I’ve been a bit slower than I expected on the follow-up chapter.
I’m checked in a day early for my flight to Baltimore! I’m going in a day early, so I might tootle around the Inner Harbor area and see what there is to see.
Looking forward mostly to seeing my friends, hanging out, and checking out the Jam space. If you see a big guy with a rainbow parasprite pin, that’s me!
If I see you there, AMAZING! If you couldn’t make it this year, well...(looks up at subtle link)
No fooling, I've been on FiM for 3 years now! If you missed it, I've updated PBandJ, By Grace and taken them off hiatus. Schedule TBD. And I've also launched the final Life trilogy story; Life's a Show!
But that's not all I bring you, my (now) 76 fimfollowers, behold!
Yeah, he's asleep or I would try another one. I promise more pics if y'all are into that sorta thing.
