It's my understanding that Hasbro has said that the first 3 seasons were 1 year.
Even allowing  for 90 days of Winter with no adventures this is mathematically possible. 
Since the show starts "2 days until the Summer Sun Celebration"
I'm going to run the calendar from June to June

It helps if  you assume that most of the Crusader episodes take place during other episodes.

It also helps A LOT if you assume that Magical Mystery Cure took place over 1 day.

Before I can date the episodes, I need to decide about the year
Their year might be:
1) 13 months of 28 days = 364 days.  If you assume that the Summer Sun Celebration is an  intercalary day, that = 365.  
2) 6 months of 30 days alternating with 6 months of 31 days = 366 days.  Since they control the sun, I see no reason why they would bother with Leap Years.
I'm going with #1, 365 days

I am not quite Sheldon (from Big Bang Theory) Class fussy. However, I damn near demanded my money back & walked out of Star Wars because Han Solo used "light week" as a measure of time not distance. I did refuse to see or buy the 25th anniversary release (in part) because I heard they did not correct this misuse.
